Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


1.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and needs.


2. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media.


3. Sales Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and work towards achieving revenue growth targets.


4. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients in the assigned territory or industry.


5. Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client pain points and requirements, and propose tailored solutions.


6. Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to determine their fit for our products/services and prioritize leads based on their potential value.


7. Proposal and Presentation: Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to win new business and secure renewals.


8. Account Planning: Develop and implement account plans, including account strategies, sales forecasts, and action plans.


9. Lead Nurturing: Build relationships with leads by providing valuable information, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through the sales funnel.


10. Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.


11. Customer Support: Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, service delivery, and issue resolution.


12. Lead Analytics: Analyze lead generation data to evaluate the effectiveness of different lead sources and campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to improve lead quality and quantity.


Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience.

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Basic knowledge of technical terms in computer programming languages.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.


  • Familiarity with Google Sheets and Docs.

  • Organizational and time-management skills.

  • Problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
