Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team at
HumanCloud Technologies. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in technical recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and
onboarding of technical and non-technical roles.
Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job portals, social media, and networking, to identify and
attract top talent.
Maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Employee Relations:
Support the HR team in addressing employee concerns and inquiries.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive work environment.
Assist in organizing team-building activities and events.
Data Management:
Maintain and update the HR database with employee information, recruitment records, and other relevant data.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-1 years of experience in HR, with a focus on technical recruitment and employee relations.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Excel
